    • Exceptions only for:

      • Damage during shipment (with photos submitted within 48 hours)

      • Delivery of incorrect artwork

    • Processing: Artwork ships within 3–5 business days.

    • Packaging: All pieces are securely wrapped and boxed to ensure safe delivery.

    • Shipping: Sent via USPS/UPS/FedEx with tracking provided.

    • Rates: Each piece is priced to include shipping costs for Domestic shipping in the USA.  Local pickup available, please contact me for price revision if picking up.

    • Damage: If your artwork arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours with photos and we will discuss any further actions.

    • International: Available and to be calculated separately; buyer is responsible for any additional fees, for example customs fees.
